Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide via Australia Post, with standard and express delivery options.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays. Dispatch time does not include the time your parcel spends in transit.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

Shipping for one My Medical Folder or Family Care Pack is $20.25 standard or $24.75 express (AUD). Larger orders may cost more.

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. Final shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and the delivery option selected.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 10 working business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mymedicalfolder.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
