Our mission is to bring clarity, confidence, and peace of mind to individuals, families, and carers by creating simple, accessible, and thoughtfully designed medical organisation resources. We empower people navigating chronic illness, disability, ageing - related needs, and medical emergencies by transforming confusion into clarity and overwhelm into calm practical organisation through empathy led design, real life experience, and a commitment to simplicity. We provide reliable, high-quality systems that make essential health information easy to record, easy to find, and ready to share supporting safer, more informed healthcare interactions when it matters most.
My Medical Folder was born from lived experience.
It came from love, loss, and the urgent need for clarity during complex medical journeys.
After caring for my mum and sister through chronic illness and countless hospital visits, I experienced first-hand how overwhelming it can be to manage medical information. In moments of stress and uncertainty, recalling important details, medication lists, appointments, and medical history became increasingly difficult.
When my sister and my mum passed away just five weeks apart, I realised just how valuable having everything organised in one place had been. During a time of immense grief and emotional exhaustion, My Medical Folder provided clarity when I needed it most.
Seeing the difference it made for our family inspired me to create a solution that could help others navigate their own healthcare journeys with greater confidence and peace of mind.
This is not just a medical record system. It is a compassionate, practical tool designed to support individuals, families and carers when it matters most.
Every page has been created with empathy, clarity and real-life experience at its heart.
Dedicated to my beautiful mum and my sister. Forever in my heart
Our approach is simple -
Compassion over complexity.
Clarity over chaos.
Designed from lived experience not a business plan.
My Medical Folder exists to support people through real medical moments, with empathy, dignity, and practical organisation when it matters most.
